Paramore: The Only Exception

Fueled By Ramen has released Paramore's third video, The Only Exception, from the band's junior LP Brand New Eyes. Paramore is stepping into Brand New territory, as The Only Exception is the band's first ballad to be released as a single. The video follows lead singer Hayley Williams through a dreamscape, as she subconsciously works to "let go and let love." The most talked about scene in the video, is a solo set-up in which Hayley lays atop a gloriously cluttered pile of homemade Valentines the band received from real life fans. (Squeal with delight! It's okay. I won't tell.) The lyrics, penned by Williams, tell the tale of the daughter of a broken home struggling to reconcile her trust issues, insecurities and fears in the ever eternal battle of the pragmatist vs. the romantic. Paramore fans everywhere, REJOICE! Hayley's world famous orange flame burns lovely once more atop her beautiful lil' head! (Buh-bye blonde!!!) You can check out Paramore's newest video, The Only Exception on YouTube. If you haven't already done so, you should head straight to Target and pick up a copy of Paramore's album Brand New Eyes (It's on sale this week for $11.98!).

Write back and let us know what YOU think of the video, single, and album!
